# Charlie

> Order management for Shopify brands. Route every order across your warehouses and stores, inside Shopify and Shopify point of sale.

Charlie decides which location fulfils each Shopify order: routing rules, capacity caps, safety stock, ship from store, and order in store, stock lookup and local pickup on Shopify point of sale, with analytics across the network. It runs inside Shopify and Shopify point of sale as an app from the Shopify App Store. It does not print labels, book carriers or handle purchasing. Pricing is a monthly subscription on online GMV with no per-order fee.
