Charlie is priced on monthly online GMV, never per order. Four plans, every one with the whole product, and a free trial.

One subscription for the whole platform, month to month, on the plan your online GMV falls in. Every plan gets everything.

Every plan includes order routing rules, safety stock, fulfillment constraint rules, location daily order limit, max shipment rules. Above $2.5M a month the price is quoted. Billed in USD, every 30 days, through your Shopify invoice. 15-day free trial, no setup fee, no contract, cancel from the Shopify admin.

Install: open the Shopify App Store listing (https://apps.shopify.com/charlie-1), click Install, and approve it in your Shopify admin. Shopify handles the trial, the billing and the uninstall.

## Find your plan

Online GMV is what flows through Charlie in a month. Shopify point of sale in-store orders do not count toward it. The plan is the row your monthly online GMV falls under.

## Every plan gets everything

There is no feature ladder. The plan sets what you pay, and the product is the same on the first one as on the last. Order routing rules, Safety stock, Fulfillment constraint rules, Location daily order limit, Max shipment rules. What moves up the ladder is the service: Basic gets email support, Starter gets dedicated support, Growth gets white-glove onboarding, Scale gets customer success.
