Rocco spent more than 15 years operating retail brands with 200+ stores, building omnichannel strategies from the inside. With Youness, he founded Autrement, a Shopify consulting agency working with brands like Ladurée, Izipizi, Maison Kitsuné, and FRAME to deploy omnichannel initiatives on Shopify. Charlie was born from the gaps he saw firsthand.

Youness is a renowned Shopify engineer, known in the ecosystem as "blanklob" on X. One of the most talented Shopify CTOs out there, he led technical strategies for omnichannel and e-commerce brands like The Bradery at Autrement. He builds Charlie's architecture with the same obsession for performance and simplicity.
